In our 27 year history, Diamond Consulting hasn’t once hired a management member in our business who didn’t start from an entry level role. We are looking to groom the future of tomorrow through the mentorship of our firm. Upon receiving an acceptance letter at Diamond – our new family is entitled to incredible mentorship by our Senior Consultants on a professional and personal level. We provide a weekly support meeting from management on how to succeed at our firm and bi-monthly happy hours with the executive partners at each office worldwide to maintain the familial atmosphere. Here it’s not just an open door policy but a speed dial environment at any hour of the day.
